This is a private tour and you will have your own private English speaking guide. Our guide will come and meet you at hotel lobby for sightseeing and we will reconfirm by telephone one day before departure. In this tour , hotel pick up and drop off are included and if we need to do airport , jetty , bus station transfers , there will be extra charges and you need to give direct cash to your guide.
What You Can Expect
At 7:00 am, our professional English speaking bike guide will pick you up at the hotel and start biking to the villages. You have to bike 20-30 miles for the whole trip, including 3-6 villages. Along the way, you have to pass by the palm tree groves and plantations. You can also stop and go around among the palm tree groves and take the stunning photographs. You can see the palm tree climbers and explore the interesting palm tree climbing. Moreover, you can also see the lifestyle of villagers and observe their livelihoods. After that, you have to bike back to Bagan passing by the beautiful palm trees and paddy fields and have the lunch at the local restaurant at Bagan. After that, you have to leave the bike and our driver and guide will transfer you to the Paing Palm Wine Shop. This picturesque shop is well decorated in traditional style near the palm trees and its authentic palm wine is really famous. There you can taste the palm wine in the small tents with palm leaf roofs and see the palm tree climbers and traditional palm sugar production. And, you can buy some products which are made by part of palm tree. And then, we will drive back to the hotel and take the rest.
