Our policy for travelers with existing bookings
If you’d like to change your travel plans or cancel a booking, our customer service team is available 24/7. We offer the following:
- If you like to cancel tour with us , please send email to us and call us at any time and we will just dicuss with our supplier such as hotels, flights , balloon companies , cruise companies , guides to refund as much as we can. We will not take any handling charges for tours.
